Warehouse Support Team
Under direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, drives propane/electric powered industrial forklift, to lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials throughout the warehouse, on receiving/shipping platforms, and in staging areas. Prepares product for domestic and international shipments. Receives product into stock, manages stock locations, pulls and prepares materials. Assists in making deliveries for Class C applications when required. Other duties as assigned.
Examples of Essential Functions
- Receives direction from the Warehouse Manager regarding daily job duties
- Adheres to all safety procedures
- Manages stock locations, moving product throughout the warehouse as required
- Pulls materials for jobs as directed and stages in the designated area
- Accurately counts pulled materials to confirm accuracy with pick ticket
- Receives in and counts materials using purchase orders to confirm accuracy of quantities
- Receives product directly into ERP system
- Loads or unloads pallets of materials onto or off of trucks or shelves using appropriate industrial equipment
- Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels, or production schedules when needed
- Must be capable of lifting, pushing or pulling up to 70 lbs.
- Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. Positions forks or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports loads to designated area
- Prepares shipments as needed
- Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations manually packaging customer products into packaging materials.

Qualification Guidelines
Education/Training/Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/distribution warehouse a plus.
- Must be or become Forklift Certified.
- General math skills.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of general warehouse practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of computer software, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Excel Spreadsheets, Foresite and able to grasp new software concepts
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally.
- Capable of successfully meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Risk based thinking (recommendations for reducing risk)
Physical Elements
- Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch sit and walk.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must be able to use a pallet jack.
- Must be able to see, read and understand incoming shipping documents.
- Must be able to see, read and write clearly in English.
